Returns

All returns must be sent within 14 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Return process

To return an item, follow the steps in the mail you received about the shipment.

1. Place the items you wish to return in the box and bag in which you received the items.
2. Download the return label and stick it on your package.
3. Take it to the desired delivery point.

Refunds

After we have received your return and have checked the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from receipt of your item for your return to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
