Refund policy

We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll initiate your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Return costs

Returning within the Netherlands costs €4.95. For other EU countries, a return fee of €9.95 applies.
