How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a track & trace code so you can track your order and see the expected delivery date.

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, including the original packaging.

How does the Pinky Promises gift card work?
The Pinky Promises gift card is an electronic gift card delivered directly by email. After purchasing, you'll receive a code via email, which you can print out, forward to another email address, or even transfer to your own card.
How long is a gift card valid?
The Pinky Promises gift card is valid for two years after purchase and can only be used in our online shop. Gift cards are non-refundable.
What materials are used?
At Pinky Promises, we use only high-quality materials to make our jewelry, including 18k gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver.
• 18k Gold Vermeil: This is a thick layer of at least 2.5 microns of 18-karat solid gold, applied to a base of recycled 925 sterling silver. This high-quality finish is five times thicker than standard gold-plated jewelry and designed to last.
• 925 Sterling Silver: This material is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals for added strength and durability. It's lightweight, has a timeless shine, and is made to last.
What is the difference between gold vermeil and gold plated?
Gold vermeil is a high-quality finish in which a thick layer of at least 2.5 microns of 18-karat solid gold is applied to a base of 925 sterling silver. This layer is five times thicker than standard gold-plated jewelry, making gold vermeil more durable and retaining its beauty for longer.
How do I best maintain my jewelry?
We always recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or coming into contact with soap, shampoo, chlorinated water, or salt water. This will keep your jewelry looking beautiful and retaining its shine.
How do I find out my size?
To choose the right size, please refer to our size guide page. There you'll find a handy explanation to help you measure your size accurately.
What if the size is not right?
If the size isn't right, you can return it within 14 days according to our returns policy. You can then order a new item in the correct size.
When will new stock arrive?
If an item is out of stock, you can leave your email address on the product page. You'll receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
What is the warranty policy?
Our jewelry is crafted with care and attention from high-quality materials. We offer a six-month warranty on our 18k gold vermeil and sterling silver jewelry. If the jewelry discolors within six months of purchase, we offer free gold plating. For other damage, such as potential manufacturing defects, we offer a 12-month warranty.
